Didi Kikangala Ebondo has been a Lawyer since 30 December 2006. He is listed on the Haut - Katanga, Lomami and Lualaba Bars.


He is the Founding Lawyer of Kikangala & Associates Law Firm (KALF) and has a proven expertise in business law in the various matters of the Organization for Harmonization in Africa's Business Law (OHADA): corporate law, general commercial law, business law in difficulty, simplified collection procedures, enforcement execution, etc.
He has extensive expertise in this area, which allows him to assist clients at both the consulting and litigation stages in all aspects of business law.
As such, Didi has basically developed a business clientele, both in the Democratic Republic of Congo and abroad, and in addition to French, he speaks medium English, both spoken and written.

3. Mining Law

In his capacity as Mining and Quarrying Agent, Maître Didi Kikangala Ebondo represents, advises and assists his clients in the granting and exercise of mining and quarry rights as well as in related litigation. The Congolese Government has recognized him as justifying in-depth skills and knowledge in mining legislation or in the management of mines and quarries. He has rendered his honorable service in mining and quarry companies as a Counsel. In this capacity, he interacts with the Administration of Mines on behalf of his clients, and represents or assists them in the negotiations and conclusion of mining contracts.
